Designing the Mother's Day Collection 2026 — A Letter from Jacqueline

Each year, as Mother’s Day approaches, I find myself reflecting on what it truly means to celebrate the women who shape our lives.

This year, I was drawn to the beauty of spring—the softness, the renewal and the beauty unfolding. From this inspiration, our Mother’s Day Collection came to life, designed to feel like a bouquet translated into fine chocolate.

I wanted this collection to mirror the spirit of the season: light, floral, and thoughtful. Each piece is created not just for its flavour, but for the feeling it brings. My hope that it is experienced as refined, delicate, and joyful. It’s meant to offer a moment of pause, something mothers so often give to others, but rarely take for themselves.

At the heart of the collection is the Bouquet Bar, the first signature creation from our Head Chocolatier James Holehouse since joining us earlier this year. There’s something special about this piece; it’s a beautiful interpretation of garden flowers, reimagined in chocolate with dark chocolate, raspberry and candied hazelnuts. It captures both artistry and intention, and sets the tone for the entire collection.

Across the collection, the intention was to create special pieces that you are proud to gift and excited to receive.

For me, Mother’s Day has been about creating meaningful moments, and we are delighted (and honored!) to be a special part of yours.
